Thank you for shopping at Maple Bridal Studio. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Photography Services

For booking deposits and photography service packages, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled shoot date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the shoot date are non-refundable, as we reserve the date exclusively for you.

If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including Lightroom presets, eBooks, Photoshop actions, and downloadable files), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded. We encourage you to review the product description thoroughly before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue with your digital download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Membership & Redemption Codes

VIP membership cards and course redemption codes are non-refundable once issued. Please ensure the product meets your needs before completing your purchase.

How to Request a Refund
